Shipping policy

Shipping Location.

Currently as of January first 2026, we only offer shipping in the united states. Any and all states that are included in the US are available to be shipped to. United States territory's are currently unavailable. We will soon add shipping to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and the UAE. We thank you for any and all support, and your patience if your country is not available.

Shipping and processing times

All orders will be processed within a 1-3 day period or as soon as possible. Orders will be processed at any time of any day of the week. If your order has not arrived or has not been processed please head to our contact page and submit your issue as soon as possible to handle the problem. All shipping times are according to USPS and UPS,  orders will be sent out within 1-3 days after initial order has been placed. Orders purchased on the weekends may be shipped at a later time do to business hours of USPS or UPS.  If order has not been shipped or processed according to our policy then please head to our contact page and submit your issue as soon as possible to handle the problem.

lost in transit.

If you have a package that hasn't arrived or and shown up damaged, you will be eligible for a full refund.  All packages that leave our warehouse are up to USPS and UPS and are out of our control in the state or time the arrive in. Please contact us if you have a damaged or missing product and a representative will contact within 48 hours and offer you a complete refund, or to have a new product shipped out immediately.

All Shipping costs will be determined based on your location and shipping routes. Shipping costs will be determined based off of USPS and UPS, unless there is a promotion or you are eligible for free shipping. If there are any problems with shipping costs or you feel that you are being overcharged for shipping please contact us.
